Privacy Policy
This site has no forms, no accounts and no cookies. The only way to reach us is by phone. This page explains what that means for your information.

Who we are
Sahuarita Water Damage is a referral service. We connect property owners in Sahuarita and the Santa Cruz Valley with independent local restoration professionals. We don't perform restoration work ourselves.
What this website collects
The site doesn't ask you to type anything in. There are no contact forms, email fields, chat windows, accounts or newsletters. It doesn't set cookies and doesn't run advertising or analytics scripts.
Like any website, the pages are delivered by a hosting provider, Cloudflare, whose servers process standard technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested. They use it to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. Photos on the site load from Pexels (images.pexels.com), which receives the same kind of technical request data when your browser fetches an image.
When you call us
Calls to (520) 650-1359 are handled through a call-tracking phone service. That service logs the calling number and the date, time and length of each call so we can manage referrals and see how people find us. It doesn't track your activity on the site.
On the call you may choose to tell us your name, phone number, the property address and what happened. We use that only to connect you with a restoration professional. With your agreement on the call, we pass those details to the independent contractor who will contact you. That contractor's own practices then apply to the information they hold.
What we don't do
- We don't sell your information.
- We don't share it with anyone except the restoration professional you're connected with, the phone service that carries the call, or where the law requires it.
- We don't use it for marketing lists.
How long information is kept
Call records are kept only as long as needed to manage referrals, resolve questions about a job, and meet legal or accounting obligations. After that they are deleted.
Your choices
You can ask what information we hold about a call you made, or ask us to delete it, by calling (520) 650-1359. We may need to confirm the number you called from before acting on the request.
Children
This site and service are meant for adults responsible for a property. We don't knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
The same number handles restoration calls and privacy requests.
